5. Payments & Memberships
a. Fees & Subscriptions
- Some features of VRTableTennis.net require paid memberships or one-time purchases.
- By making a payment, you agree to our pricing, billing, and refund policies.
b. Refund Policy
- Membership fees and tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- If you experience billing errors, contact info@vrtabletennis.net within 7 days of the transaction.
c. Payment Processing
All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
6. User Content & Conduct
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, messages, gameplay stats), you grant VRTableTennis.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for website operations and promotional purposes.
You must not upload content that:
🚫 Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
🚫 Violates copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
🚫 Includes false, misleading, or harmful information.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
7. Tournament Participation & Fair Play
Participants in VRTableTennis.net tournaments must:
✔ Follow competition rules and fair play guidelines.
✔ Accept that rankings and match results are publicly displayed.
✔ Agree to tournament officials’ decisions as final.
Cheating, match-fixing, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification or account suspension.
